15. Delivery times of services
15.1. Delivery times vary according to the type of shipment:
Between 1 and 5 working days for normal peninsular shipments and to the Balearic Islands.

No shipments are made to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.
16. Returns
16.1. You can return a product in the following way: request a return by sending an email to info@misskits.com.The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. The products must be in perfect condition and with the corresponding proof of purchase. Once the perfect condition of the product has been verified, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products with the price at which they were purchased and never refund the amounts corresponding to the shipment.
16.2. If the product is not in perfect condition, the return will not be effective.
16.3. If you have enjoyed the free shipping when you exceed € 40 of purchase, € 4.95 of the corresponding shipment that Miss Kits had to make will be subtracted from the return.
16.4. Changes or returns of books, kits, needles or accessories will not be accepted.
16.5. Products purchased in liquidation or with a 40% or more discount cannot be returned.
