Rustic wool bobbins from fine and mid-fine merino sheep from Castile and Leon, carded and spun by master craftsmen in Val de San Lorenzo, Spain.

In spite of their rusticity (they may even contain some vegetable remains), this wool gives a pleasant sensation to the touch and it has a great behavior with needles, especially with wooden ones. It offers a good response to the washes with which it gains in softness. The bobbin is very striking due to its format, which is the one used in the shuttle of handlooms.
