Description

DROPS Karisma is a classic yarn in a DK weight. It is composed of 4 strands and it has a loose twist, providing a soft thread with which to create pieces with great stability.

DROPS Karisma is one of the most popular qualities from Garnstudio, the manufacturer of DROPS yarns, which introduced it to the Scandinavian market in the 1980s. Hundreds of garments have been designed with it since then and you can access the free patterns by following the QR code that you will find in the yarn balls.

As an indication, to knit a simple long-sleeved pullover in size L you will need around 12 yarn balls. If you make a sweater with cables, garter stitch, high neck, supersize,... add a few more balls.

The wool in DROPS Karisma has gone under a superwash treatment, which makes these yarn balls an all-rounder for everyday use that can be machine washed.

Soft and comfortable against the skin, DROPS Karisma has been made in the European Union and has the STANDARD 100 certificate by Oeko-Tex® (certificate 25.3.0110). This means that it has been tested and verified that it does not contain toxic chemicals and that it is safe for human use. Furthermore, DROPS Karisma has the Class I classification, the highest level, that means that it is a suitable yarn for baby items.
